Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Squeen and you as a user of our platform. This covers all services offered at squeen.ws, including Sports Betting, live casino, lottery, virtual sports, e-sports, and all other features available on the Squeen platform.

By doing any of the following, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering a new Squeen account;
• Log in to your existing Squeen account;
• Making any deposit, placing any bet, or conducting any transaction through the Squeen platform;
• Browsing or using any part of the squeen.ws website.

Platform Eligibility IMPORTANT

To use the Squeen platform, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Squeen enforces a strict age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Location: You must access the platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the local laws applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a Squeen Representative: You must not be an employee, contractor, or representative of Squeen or any of our business partners.

Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

To register a Squeen account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Squeen reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Squeen fully complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit verification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or supporting financial documents at any stage Squeen deems appropriate. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and a hold on withdrawal processing.

3.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted only one active Squeen account. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Squeen account password and login details confidential. Squeen will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please report any unauthorised use to us immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Squeen accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Squeen processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Squeen reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

4.3 Prohibited Use

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Squeen are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is only available to new Squeen players making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, per household, per phone number, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a breach of these terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Squeen employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: arbitrage betting, the use of automated software, and multi-account coordination to manipulate the bonus system. Squeen reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close any accounts found to be involved.

Sports Betting & Live Betting

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets confirmed and accepted by the Squeen system are final. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selections, amounts, and bet types — are accurate before confirming. Squeen will not void bets due to user error.

6.2 Invalid Bets

Squeen reserves the right to void any bet placed based on information not in the public domain, or involving match-fixing. This includes bets on Malaysia Super League football matches, EPL, BWF badminton tournaments, and all other sports covered on our platform.

6.3 Odds Subject to Change

Odds displayed on the Squeen platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error causing clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, Squeen reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account.

Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games at Squeen — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, slots, and live casino games with real dealers — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third party, or in the case of live casino, physical cards and equipment overseen by multi-angle cameras.

Squeen does not guarantee winnings in any casino game. All games carry a predetermined and disclosed house edge. Players wager using their real account balance entirely at their own risk.

Digital Lottery, Keno & Virtual Sports

Lottery tickets purchased on Squeen — including 4D, Toto, 6D Mega, Instant Lottery, and Keno — cannot be cancelled or refunded once a purchase is confirmed. Draw results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.

Lottery and Keno prizes exceeding a certain amount may be subject to verification checks before payment is processed. Squeen reserves the right to withhold payment until satisfactory identity verification has been completed.

Virtual Sports at Squeen use an audited RNG to determine outcomes. These are not recordings of real matches and have no connection to real-world sporting results.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a Squeen user, you agree to NO the following actions:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Squeen platform;
• Sharing your account with any other individual or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using the Squeen platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Spreading false or misleading information about Squeen on any platform;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the Squeen platform;
• Manipulating any match or game covered on the Squeen platform;
• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your true location for deceptive purposes.

Squeen reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user engaged in unlawful activities through our platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request the closure of your Squeen account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all active wagering requirements have been met and identity verification is complete.

10.2 Termination by Squeen

Squeen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Registration information is found to be false or misleading;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• There is a request from a legal authority;
• At Squeen's sole discretion for legitimate business reasons.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The Squeen platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Squeen makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or cyber incidents at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Squeen is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from platform technical disruptions;
• Unexpected financial losses arising from betting activity;
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Dispute & Complaints Procedure

If you have any dispute relating to your account, transactions, or gameplay at Squeen, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to support@squeen.ws with full details of the dispute, including your account number, date, time, and amounts involved.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: Squeen's customer support team will review your complaint within 3 business days and provide an initial response.
3. Step 3 — Further Investigation: Where necessary, our technical team will conduct a thorough investigation, which may take up to 14 working days.
4. Step 4 — Final Decision: Squeen's decision upon completion of an investigation is final and binding on both parties, unless an independent arbitration process is required.

Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Squeen reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via:

• Push notifications via the Squeen mobile app;
• Notification to the registered email address;
• A prominent notice displayed on the squeen.ws homepage.

Continued use of the Squeen platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and close your account. The update date shown at the top of this document reflects the version of the terms currently in effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under Squeen's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.

Squeen operates under a valid international licence and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Squeen platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
